A charity golf day hosted by health and social care organisation Provide Community has raised £13,500 for Ormiston Families.
Ormiston Families is a charity dedicated to shaping brighter futures for children, young people and their families in East Anglia.
Mark Heasman, Provide Community Group CEO, said “We are overwhelmed by the incredible show of support from our golf day attendees. This event symbolises what we can achieve when we come together for a shared purpose, even if it’s whilst having fun on the golf course.
“By supporting Ormiston Families, we are living our values of care and compassion and hope to contribute to the invaluable work that they do supporting young people, their families and our local communities.”
Allan Myatt, Ormiston Families Chief Executive, said: “We’d like to thank everyone who took part in what was a fantastic event. Everyone had a great day and raised vital funds which will go towards our work helping families in the East of England.
