Atom awarded a Gold Trusted Service Award by Feefo for its industry leading customer service

Atom Bank, the UK’s first app-based bank, has won a Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for its customer service in 2022.

The Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award is awarded to brands that deliver an exceptional experience to their customers across the whole of the calendar year. It is based solely on the reviews and ratings a company has achieved, meaning it’s a true testament to a companies’ customer experience commitment.

This award is another vote of confidence in Atom from its customers, after the Durham based bank recently hit five star ratings on iOS, Android and Trustpilot for the first time. 2022 was a year of record growth for the bank, and this hat-trick of external customer measures is proof that this success was not to the detriment of the customer experience. Total customer numbers saw a record increase, with 80,000 people deciding to bank with Atom in 2022, up 77% on 2021, while savings balances nearly doubled in 2022 (up 96%) to over £5bn.
