On the 10th anniversary of its tenure at the Prince Regent Business Park, the Association for Project Management (APM) – the chartered body for the project profession, held a celebratory event to mark the opening of their new integrated office space at Regent Park on Monday 20th May.

“Today is the start of a new chapter for us as we grow our headcount and commit to our future here,” said Chairman John McGlynn. “It will also see our teams consolidating in one place – merging Heron place into Ibis house, expanding and updating the premises to ensure we have an office to match our aspirations. The new office space features an immersive new mezzanine level, hot desks, hub meeting spaces and new meeting rooms. There’s also now stand-up meeting spaces – proven to enhance creativity and breakaway spaces for quick catch-ups along with enhanced technologies to support new ways of working – and lots more!

It’s a bold and positive investment reflecting the Board’s full confidence in the future of the association, the project management profession and our ambitions for future growth.”

Town Mayor and Chairman of Princes Risborough Town Council, Cllr Matthew Walsh, cut the ribbon to officially open the building and said: “It’s great to have APM commit to staying here for a further 10 years. I often use the business as a great example of a company who are thriving here in Princes Risborough – a great place to work and live.”

Promoting the power of the profession for good, APM has over 28,000 individual members and more than 500 organisations participating in the Corporate Partnership Programme. As the largest professional body of its kind in Europe, APM advocates for and represents the entire project profession – all sectors, all locations and at every stage of the career path.
