Anita Devereux’s journey at Mann Broadbent began in 1978 working for Bob Mann at their office in Bank Street in Worcester, as an office junior and since then over the past four and a half decades she has been an invaluable asset to the company. During her tenure, Anita has witnessed and actively contributed to the company’s evolution and growth in the insurance sector.
Her expertise in risk management and sports, dance and leisure insurance has been pivotal in delivering top-tier services to clients across various industries. Anita’s colleagues often describe her as a beacon of knowledge and a mentor who has shaped the careers of many within the organisation.
“Mann Broadbent is a very special company, with strong family values at the heart of everything we do”, said Anita Devereux. “It was very different when I started all those years ago in the office with typewriters and rotary dial telephones but the passion for insurance still remains the same”. Anita adds, “I am deeply grateful for the opportunities and experiences I’ve had over the past 45 years and I’m immensely proud of what we’ve achieved together.”

Mann Broadbent which was originally founded by Bob Mann and Bob Broadbent in 1961 with the intention of providing the necessary cover for teams engaged in amateur sport.
