Birmingham business launch retirement book and support local charity YMCA

Last week saw the release of Nicholas Platt’s book ‘Retireability – The smart executives guide to thriving in retirement.  

The book is for Senior Executives, Business Owners and Directors alike to prepare emotionally and financially for retirement so they can live a meaningful, rich and fulfilling life.

The book ‘Retireability’ was spurred on by his experience with guiding hundreds of executives into retirement and his Father’s lack of retirement. Nick has a healthy fascination with the psychology that surrounds this period of our lives, and passionate for helping others maximise hard earnt wealth by living a life they want to live.

The formal launch took place at the beautiful Hampton Manor, where invited guests enjoyed a high tea, champagne toast and a personalised book from Henwood Court.

“It was a great day enjoyed by all, the book will prove invaluable for any executive approaching retirement.”

Having worked in the finance industry his whole career, Nick founded Henwood Court a Chartered Financial Planning business in 2005, based in Sutton Coldfield.

“It was a real pleasure to have everyone who has helped me make the book a reality in one room to thank them all for their support – I am truly grateful to everyone” commented Nicholas Platt, Managing Director of Henwood Court.

As part of the book launch, Henwood Court announced for every book purchased they will be donating £1 to their charity of the year which is the Sutton Coldfield YMCA.
